Our Process
Our Process
A detailed planning process is the best way to establish financial security. Once we get to know you, we can begin to develop a dynamic plan that will meet your immediate needs while adjusting for changes in your professional and personal life down the road. We are in it together for the long haul.
So What Are The Steps?

1. Introductory Meeting
The purpose of this meeting is to get to know each other. We want to learn, in general terms, about what is important to you, your experience as an investor, and what you are looking for in an advisor. We will share information about our ourselves, how we are compensated, and our approach to the investment planning process. We will ask a lot of questions and expect the same from you! Once we establish our mutual expectations, we can determine if there is a fit and choose whether or not to enter into a long-term working relationship.

2. Discovery Meeting
We want to take a deeper dive into your specific situation. During this meeting, we will discuss your current financial situation as well as gather the documents necessary to put together your investment plan. These could include statements, insurance policies, social security estimates, and any other pertinent information. Together we will work to further define and quantify your goals. We will also discuss your comfort level when it comes to taking financial risks. You cannot overwhelm us with documents or information. The more open this phase is, the more detailed our plan can be.

3. Implementation
Now it is time to set you up with a plan. Based on our previous discussions, we can implement an easy-to-follow roadmap that specifically addresses the areas of greatest importance to you: asset growth, current income, risk management, or wealth preservation. After we present your plan and make our recommendations, we will address any questions or concerns you may have. We will review action steps from the financial plan and discuss how they will be carried out. Some, like setting up accounts, we will take care of. Others might require the assistance of outside professionals like attorneys or CPAs.

4. Ongoing Oversight and Advice
Truly comprehensive financial planning is not a one-and-done event. Your goals and objectives will inevitably shift through time which is why we are here to help you along the way. The only thing constant is change. As your life circumstances warrant a different approach, we will be there to ensure your plan transitions with you. We will stay on top of industry changes, market trends, and other factors that impact your financial lives in order to produce better outcomes. We proactively service our clients and welcome any communication from them.
